With the phenomenon of global warming caused by greenhouse gases resulting in significant impacts on people and the environment, PSD Company has embraced the concept of utilizing environmentally friendly renewable energy, which can be reused, and importantly, helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This is our long-term goal to address the issue of global warming.

PSD Company has thus installed solar panels to combat global warming, utilizing solar energy technology suitable for Thailand's hot climate. These initiatives have been controlled and monitored to comply with environmental standards set by the Energy Policy and Planning Office (EPPO).

Over time, PSD Company has generated electricity from solar cells, averaging 80,777 kWh per year, contributing to an average reduction of 56 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions per year (56,002 kgCO2e), which is equivalent to planting approximately 7,000 trees. (Each tree, on average, absorbs about 8 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions annually).

Furthermore, solar cells can be utilized for various purposes, such as generating electricity and heat, which can be produced on both small and large scales. Additionally, they aid in reducing environmental degradation because solar energy usage is clean and does not contribute to additional fuel combustion, thereby preventing further pollution.

PSD Company is committed to addressing the issue of global warming, tackling climate change crises, and serving as a sustainable model for environmental conservation.
